Challenge:

Create a customer-friendly storefront that shares the brand story instead of functioning like a product catalog.

 

Solution:

I collaborated with an outside agency to reimagine the Amazon storefront, making it more customer-friendly while sharing the brand story. I worked with an internal designer to put together a brand guide and voice/tone that created consistency across all elements of the brands, refined the overall messaging to focus on the most important benefits and features, wrote engaging and persuasive copy across all pages, and merchandised each page to enhance the shopping experience.

 

The result was a transformed Amazon storefront that not only attracted more visitors but also effectively communicated brand story, leading to 17.6% increase in organic sales, 14.25% increase in market basket size, and 13.6% increase in average daily sales.
